Our novelty toys are built for fun, but because they feature small parts, they are strictly for kids (and kid-ults) ages 3 and up. Safety is a huge deal for us, so every single item goes through serious testing to meet global toy and food safety standards.
Most of our items have a 24 to 36-month shelf life. Check the "Best Before" date printed right on the product wrapper or the display box for the exact date.

No, our headquarters/warehouse is not open to the public. We operate strictly as a wholesale B2B distributor and do not have a retail storefront for walk-in shopping.

While Kidsmania does not send individual replacements from our headquarters, we still want to hear from you! We sure do! Our products are built for high-impulse fun and visibility. All of our items are available in vibrant, ready-to-shelf display boxes (PDQs). We also offer limited shipper options for larger retail rollouts and floor displays.

We accept checks, credit cards (we do not accept American Express), Direct Deposit, and ACH transfers. If you prefer to pay by paper check, please make checks payable directly to Kidsmania Inc. Please note: For your security, we do not keep credit card information on file, so you will need to provide payment details for each new order.
Yes! We cover the standard freight shipping costs for our wholesale orders. However, please note that we do not pay for any extra accessorial fees or services requested upon delivery (such as liftgate requirements, inside delivery, or residential fees). Any additional carrier costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Our standard turnaround time is 15 business days (approximately 3 weeks) from the time your order is officially placed to when it ships out.
While we work hard to get your order out the door within our standard 15-business-day lead time, carriers may occasionally experience transit delays due to inclement weather or high shipping volumes. We do not ship internationally. However, if you utilize a U.S.-based freight forwarder, we are happy to ship your order directly to their domestic facility! Please note that Kidsmania does not provide any export documentation.
We are here to help if there is a transit issue! If your pallet arrives damaged or you notice any shortages, you must note the damage or missing items on the Proof of Delivery (POD) while the driver is still present. Once it's noted with the driver, please contact your broker or our support team within 3 business days so we can quickly get your claim started! Important: These notes must be made directly on the driver's copy of the POD. If notes are only made on the customer copy after the driver leaves, your claim may be denied.
